NSC has been designing, developing and producing wall calendars since 1979, which are well recognised and received by Industry, Govt. Departments and other Institutions as effective and unique medium for promoting safety awareness throughout the year.

Objectives

To promote safety awareness throughout the year at the garret level.
To depict topical subjects on safety through cartoons and bilingual messages.

Overprinting company's name and logo

Company's name and logo (2 lines only) will be overprinted in black colour on all the six sheets of the calendar free of cost for orders of 510<%= rs("free_limit") %> calendars and above. For orders less than 510<%= rs("free_limit") %> but more than 310<%= rs("paid_limit") %> calendars, additional overprinting charge of Rs.800<%= rs("overprinting_charge") %>/- is payable by the party. No overprinting of company's name and logo will be accepted for orders less than 310<%= rs("free_limit") %> calendars.

Terms & Conditions

1.	The order once placed cannot be cancelled.

2.	The order should be in multiples of 10 only with a minimum order for 10 calenders.

3.	The rates inclusive of packing and despatch charges - by post(up to 300 calenders) and by road transport (above 300 calenders) up to the nearest delivery centre of the transporter are given below :

4.	Discount :
	a)		A special 9<%= rs("Discount") %>% discount would be given for orders exceeding 300<%= rs("discount_limit") %> calendars received with full advance payment before 30th September 2007<%= rs("lastdiscount_date") %>.
	b)		A further 10% discount would be given to those parties who will collect the calenders from Council's Office (Calculation as per item 5 of the order form).

5.	The last date for receipt of all other orders with full advance payment is 31st October, 2007<%= rs("last_date") %>.

6.	The orders must be accompanied with full advance payment by Demand Draft (preffered) or a Local cheque drawn in favour of "National Safety Council" payable at Mumbai. Orders will be executed only after receipt of full advance payment. In case of outstation cheques, please add Bank clearance Charges as given below:
	Up to Rs. 10,000/-: Rs. 90/- and Rs. 10,001/- to 1,00,000/-: Rs. 11/- per thousand or part thereof.

7.	The calendars will not be sent by V.P.P.

8.	Despatch :
	i)	Payment
		a)	If the consignment is to be despatched to multiple locations, additional packing and postage charges will be payable by the party.
		b)	If party desires delivery by Air, seperate Air frieght charges would be payable by the party.
		c)	If the Road Transport Consignment is to be 'door delivered' at the address mentioned in column 2 of the Order Form, the additional 'door delivery' charges of Rs. 800/- per consignment would be payable by the party.
	ii)	Mode
		a)	Outstation order up to 300 calenders will be despatched by "Registered Post Parcel(s) - A./D." in one,two or three parcel(s) as the case may be.
		b)	The consignment above 300 Calenders will be sent by road through either Transport Corporation of India Limited or Associated Road Carriers Ltd., to the nearest delivery centre.
		c)	If door delivery is requested and payment is made as per 8(i) (c) above , the consignment will be door delivered by Road Transport. After despatch of consignment by Road Transport, Intimation would be sent to the party by post.

9.	Overprinting Company's Name and Logo (matter not exceeding two lines) :
	a)	Overprinting will be done in black colour only, free of cost on all the six sheets of the calendar for orders of 510 calendars and above.
	b)	For orders less than 510 but more than 310 calendars, overprinting charges of Rs. 800/- is to be paid by the party.
	c)	No overprinting of company's name and logo will be accepted for orders less than 310 calendars

10.		Please send the Order Form to the Council. You may retain a photostat copy of the same for your records.
