Members are aware that NSC has been providing information related to Safety, Health & Environment through its “HSE Diaries” from 1998 onwards. Some Members requested for compilation of this valuable information which served the purpose of being a very good reference material on the subjects and publishing the same in the form of books. Hence we brought out 2 books “ Health, Safety & Environment- A Practical Guide Volume I & II. These books contained the information published in the HSE Dairies upto 1999. These books were in good demand.

We are once again pressed by the Members to publish such a wealth of information in the form of books. We are happy that very soon following 4 Volumes would be published by the Council:

                   Volume   II   :   Industry Specific – Chemical, Construction & Transportation

                   Volume  III   :   Health & Environment

                   Volume   IV  :   Disaster Management & Fire
