We
are happy to announce that eminent industrialist Shri Anand G.
Mahindra, Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, Mahindra &
Mahindra Ltd. has been appointed as Chairman of the National Safety
Council by the Govt. of India vide Gazette Notification No.V-18011/8/2007-ISH-I
dated 26th March 2008 as per Rules 1 (c) and 7 (b) of the Rules
& Regulations of the Council.
We are highly delighted and wholeheartedly welcome the appointment
of Shri Mahindra. We are sure that under his dynamic leadership,
the activities of the Council would be taken up with renewed vigour
and further grow in stature.
