Terms & Conditions
1. Rates:
  The rates (excluding postage) are given below:-

  01 to 10 Rs.140/- Rs.155/-
  11 to 20 Rs.135/- Rs.150/-
  21 and above Rs.132/- Rs.147/-
2. Packing & Forwarding Charges:
  All consignments will be despatched by "Registered Post Parcel (S) – A/D".
  P & F Charges is to be borne by the party as per details given below:-
  a) No. of Diaries: 1 2 – 3 4 - 5 6 - 8
    Amount (Rs.): 60/- 100/- 140/- 185/-
b) For Order exceeding 8 diaries, postage @ 20% on the selling price would be payable by the party.
c) No Postage would be payable if diaries to be collected from the NSC office.
3. Discount:
  A special Early Bird discount of 10% on the Basic Amount (excluding the Packing & Forwarding Charges) would be given for order received with full advance payment before 15th October 2007.
4. Payment:
  a) The orders must be accompanied with full advance payment by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of "National Safety Council" payable at Mumbai. Orders will be executed only after receipt of full advance payment.
  b) In case of receipt of lee/excess payment, the quantity of the diary ordered will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Despatch:
  a) The consignments will be despatched by Registered Post Parcel(s) A/D. to one location only. They will not be sent by V.P.P.
  b) If the consignment is to be despatched to multiple locations, additional packing and postal charges will be calculated and charged from the party.
  c) If the consignment is to be collected from the Council’s office, no postage will be payable by the party. The intimation for collection of diaries would be sent to the party by post.
  d) If party desires delivery by Air, separate Air freight charges are payable by the party.
6. General:
  a) Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
  b) If you are a Member of the Council, mention the Membership No. in the space provided for in the Order Form.
  c) The last date for the receipt of all the orders with full advance payment is 31st October 2007.
  d) Parcel(s) should be opened in the presence of the addressee.
  e) Any complaint regarding the non-receipt/short supply of diaries should be made by the addressee within a month from the date of despatch of diaries. Complaints made there after may not be entertained. Despatch of the diaries will commence in 2nd week of December 2007.
