With a view to making a ready reference material on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), the Council has been designing, developing and publishing HSE Diary every year from 1998. The information provided in these diaries has been taken from authentic and reliable sources to serve as a summary material for quick reference. The response received was very good and encouraging. Besides technical information, the diary has date pages with safety slogans in English and Hindi facing each other.
