Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

a) The order once placed cannot be cancelled.

b) Order for Safety Day Badge and Mini Safety Poster-cum-Calendar should be in multiples of 100 Nos.

c) Order for Key-chain, Ball-Pen, Wallet and Pocket Guide should be in multiples of 10 Nos.

d) The orders will be executed on `first-come-first-served’ basis.

e) Any complaint regarding non-receipt/short supply of the materials should be made within a month from 
    the date of  despatch of materials. Complaints received thereafter would not be entertained.

PAYMENT& DISCOUNT

a) The order must be accompanied by full advance payment only by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "National Safety Council" payable at Mumbai or Navi Mumbai. Payment will also be accepted in cash at our office. Orders will not be executed unless full payment is received.

b) A special discount of 10% will be given on orders whose Cost of Material exceeds Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) and received with full advance payment before 1.1.2009. Kindly note that no discount will be 
admissible if the amount of the order is less than Rs.15,000/- or full advance payment is not made along with the 
order or order is received after 1.1.2009.

c) If TDS is deducted, the TDS certificate should reach NSC office with in a month from the date of payment.

d) The last date for receipt of orders with full advance payment is 15th January 2009. The orders received 
    thereafter will be executed subject to availability of material.

e) In case of receipt of less/excess payment, the quantity of the material ordered will be adjusted 
    accordingly.

MODE OF DESPATCH & POSTAGE :

i) Mode of Despatch :

a) The material will be sent only by Registered Post Parcel or our official courier by surface mode but not by V.P.P.

b) Bulk or voluminous orders will be despatched through road transport. In such case, we would require State Road 
    Permit or CST & SST number applicable in the respective State.

c) After despatch of material, intimation would be sent by post.

d) Those who would like to collect the material from the Council’s office, may do so only on receipt of our intimation.

ii) Postage :

a) Postage, Packing and Forwarding (PP&F) Charges @ 12 % on the Cost of Material (i.e. before deducting the 
    discount) subject to minimum postage of Rs.40/- are to be borne by the party.

b) Those collecting the material from the Council’s office need not pay PP&F charges.

PRINTING OF YOUR COMPANY'S NAME & LOGO

a) Company’s name & logo will be screen printed free of cost in two lines in one colour on the following items if the 
    required minimum quantity ordered.
